My husband and I just returned from the beautiful Sanibel Island. Our stay at Sundial A203 couldn't have been better! The condo is clean and spacious and the view cannot possibly be beat!! Glenn and Gerrie are very conscientious about keeping the condo in great condition and make sure their guests are satisfied customers. The king bed is very comfortable! The beach is great for long walks and enjoying the magnificent ocean. If you are not a "beach sitter", the pools have plenty of seating. The grounds of the Sundial are also very beautiful and well manicured. The beach is not raked, since Sanibel is very eco-friendly. So you should expect the typical debris that would wash up from the ocean along with all the shells! I would request that some new beach chairs be purchased by the condo owners, since the ones available to take to the beach are at the end of being usable. May I suggest wooden frames that won't rust in the dampness of the storage closet. Also having a lounger would be great!!

We loved the cozy, comfortable condo! So close to the beach, we enjoyed seeing Dolphins several mornings from the lanai! Went biking and enjoyed walking the beach, watched people shelling from early morning to late at night! Having the pool so close was wonderful, managed to read two books. Privacy was very important to us and this place was great, glad we chose Sundial A203😎 The sunrise & sunsets were stunning.

Perfect location, this condo was exactly what the owners had stated. Best location at Sanibel Beach steps from the sand it was equipped with everything we needed for our relaxing week. Very clean amazing view from the Lanai and the layout worked perfectly for my husband and I. It was our first trip to Sanibel and we absolutely loved it, wonderful Island to kick back relax and just enjoy vacation. Lots of nice local places to dine, we enjoyed the Sanibel Café for breakfast/brunch as well as the Over Easy Café, give the Fish House a try we had great service and a very good Grouper Basket for dinner. For all your groceries needs Jerry's is a nice little stop and Most of All rent the bicycles what a great way to see the Island and stop for some Ice Cream. I enjoyed morning walks on the beach during sunrise and made a trip to the Sanibel Lighthouse one morning as well as driving to Captiva Island for the amazing sunset multiple times. This is truly a little piece of heaven.

We were very happy with this lovely condo! It was our first beach vacation and set the standard very high for when and if we vacation on another beach! Our view of the Gulf was phenomenal! The procedure for receiving our condo key was easy and the condo had everything we needed to spend a great week of leisurely living at the beach.

The description of the property including location and the condo itself was 100% accurate. The condo was as clean as a whistle and the owner could not have been more helpful, pleasant and attentive. There was information concerning not only the condo and condo complex, but also area restaurants, shopping, local attractions and a guest book, which I found to be very helpful, especially since it was my first (hopefully, not last) visit to Sanibel. It had first-hand reviews from guests who had stayed there regarding most anythng you would want to know. Waking up to the view each morning did seem like a "little bit of heaven". Even though I was on vacation, I woke up early every morning just to see the sunrise over the water. Everything is close by. Restaurants are very reasonable and the choice is varied. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had - beach 30 seconds away -- pool 30 seconds away -- what more can you ask for ! I would without hesitation, recommend this condo/vacation to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit !

Perfect!!!!! Rental was exactly as advertised. Was spotless upon our arrival. Everything we needed was right there. Would highly recommend this property to others who are interested in a totally relaxing beach vacation!!!

What a fabulous room to relax, view the gulf and Fort Meyers. And so close to the water, amazing. close to the pool, outdoor grill, and a spot for our bikes outside too. Perfect lani for hanging out, playing games and you can watch the TV from almost anywhere in the condo, if you really need too... Clean, updated, and nicely appointed. Big refrig, coffee maker, etc. was all great for our cooking. can't say enough nice things about our stay at A203...

For our first time staying on Sanibel, this condo was a gem. We watched sunrises and moonlit nights from the lanai. The beach and pool were so close which made it very convenient. And, there were shells, shells and more shells! October is a great month to go to Sanibel if you're looking for a relaxing time. Plenty of parking and no waiting to be seated at restaurants. Thanks Glenn and Gerrie . . . we hope to be back!
