THE SANDBAR
Welcome to our summer home at the Sandbar in West Alton NH on beautiful Lake Winnipesauke. While the Sandbar property has been in our family for over 100 years, we have recently completed construction of a 2200 SF 4 bedroom, 3.5-bath log home. In designing the new home our goal was to preserve the historic flavor, build a new home that blends attractively into the surrounding area and still create a living environment of quality and comfort, equipped with contemporary amenities. The home is located on a one acre lot with 275 feet of frontage for maximum privacy. The sandy bottom shoreline with a gradual drop off, makes for a great swimming area for the kids.
